Where We Ship

Heel & Quill currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Heel & Quill is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Delayed, Lost, or Marked-Delivered Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier and reach out to us at support@heelquill.com. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
